LOCATION: Dumit street, 600 mts from Highway 7 (the highway to Santiago, Chile).  Neighbours include the wineries Septima and Decero.  This is a super-prime location as evidenced by the quality of neighbours.  Growing conditions are ideal for extremely high quality grapes.

Both constructions are found in perfect condition, they are brick built and antisismic.

OBSERVATIONS:

-         The conduction system is ‘High Trellis’. The entire trellis is made from 2.5 mts high eucalyptus wood, has one 15 AR (high resistance) wire for the driplines and the other wires are all 17/15 AR Acindar wires (high resistance wires, Brand: Acindar).

-          The western fringe of the property is planted with mature olive trees.
