The estate is located in San Roque, Maipu to the east of Mendoza city. This area is known in the wine industry as ‘Primera Zona’ meaning ‘First or Top Area’. The area benefits from excellent growing conditions and nearly all notable grape varieties are successfully cultivated here. The property is found 150 metres from la Plaza de San Roque (Saint Roque’s Square).

The estate comprises 5 hectares of beautiful forested and landscaped land, with two gated entrances to the vineyards and electric gates to the properties. The property’s boundaries are closed off with a wire fence.

Among the estate’s fruit bearing trees, are apple, apricot, cherry, fig, lemon, olive, orange, pear and pecan trees, as well as a diverse variety of both peach and plum trees. There are numerous other species of tree present on the estate including pine, aguaribay, maple, ceder, palm, jasmine, mulberry and various varieties of cottonwood.

The entrance to the property draws our view to the high ground where the chalet style principal house is found. Built around the beginning of the 20th Century, with an internal area of 180sqm, under a tiled roof. Found at the foot of the house and down a flight of stairs is the swimming pool which is 19m by 7m with a depth of 2.2m.

Some 150m to the west of the principal house, walking through a beautiful landscaped lane amongst the vines and olives, we find the second property of the estate. Built of reinforced adobe and dating back to 1830, the house has an internal area of 170sqm.

To the rear of the principal house, some 50 metres away, lies the third house. It is brick built and comprises an internal area of 120sqm.
