Makia Estate Vineyard

Makia is a high quality, mature 100 hectare vineyard located at the altitude of 1,250 m ( 4,100 ft.) in the Vista Flores section of Valle de Uco, neighbouring the famed Clos de los Siete vineyards of Michel Roland.

Over 35 hectares of  the vineyard has been producing award winning wines for the past 5 years, exporting to 15 countries worldwide.

Makia offers a combination of Italian wine making skills and expertise developed over the past 100 years; superior high altitude terroir, the highest vine density in all of Argentina. Combined with low yield production and manual harvest, Makia is one of the best managed vineyard investments in Mendoza if not all of Argentina.

Each vineyard buyer of at least 3 Ha has the opportunity to become a shareholder in the soon-to-be built, state of the art Makia Winery. In addition, the planned Wine Lodge at Makia will provide a gathering place for the community.

A limited number of existing high-density (8,000 vines/Ha) Malbec vineyards are being released for sale. An additional 45 ha are available for customized plantation of grape varietals of your choice.
